Hi, I’m Guylaine Lacerte, Certified Functional Nutrition Coach, and host of the 4-Week Digestive Detox that has the power to transform your body and recharge your energy from the inside out! I’ve done many cleanses in my life. I’ve done 27-day water fast, several mini water fasts, food cleanses, juice cleanses and anything in between. I value detoxification as it is a way to prevent chronic diseases and improve your present health.
In this 4-Week Digestive Detox program, I will guide you step-by-step through cutting edge information on how to restore and balance your gut which has the power to transform your tired body so that you can achieve weight loss, gain more energy, curb cravings, boost mental clarity, improve digestion, increase immunity, and so much more.
In my experience, the body needs an effective cleanse at least twice a year to detox from environmental pollution and from burden occasioned with the lack of exercise, inadequate sleep and limited intake of fresh fruit and vegetables. We need to get rid of toxins which accumulate in our bodies.
