Each week of my 4 Week Detox will focus on a separate phase of the detox process. You will be provided with different options so that you can choose the approach that works best for you. The cleanse focuses primarily on diet, with an emphasis on raw, green vegetables. Each week we will cover menu planning and other steps you will need to take that week.
